Wentzel’s HVAC recently installed a 10 ton Air Conditioning unit at the Royal St. Andrew condominium.
The Royal St. Andrew condominium is perfectly located between Gulfstream and Palm Avenues overlooking Marina Jack’s and Sarasota Bay. The Royal St. Andrew was constructed in 1969 with 54 residencies on its 15 floors. Every unit has beautiful views of Sarasota Bay.
Updated in 2005, its residents enjoy amenities such as a heated pool, whirlpool, laundry facilities, an exercise room, sauna and BBQ facilities.
