SARASOTA, Nov. 15, 2016 –Wentzel’s, a local, family-run heating, air conditioning, electrical and insulation provider is poised to enter a new chapter – one in which it operates out of a new, dedicated 25,000 sq. ft. facility.
In 1959, the Wentzel family moved to Sarasota and started serving the local community’s HVAC needs. When he was 15 years old Teddy Wentzel Jr. started working for his father. He later opened his own company, known today as Wentzel’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
“Over the past four years, the company has grown into three divisions (HVAC, Electrical and Insulation services for both commercial and residential properties) to better serve our community as a one stop shop,” said Wentzel.
Wentzel’s three divisions were housed in separate locations (two on Swift Road and another just off of Clark Road) “I felt the need to build one large, commercial building that would consolidate our “Wentzel Team” to better serve the local community,” said Wentzel.
“Now I am able to purchase large quantities (bulk) of product directly from the manufacturers, which, in turn saves time and cuts costs that we pass on to our customers,” he explained. This allows Wentzel’s to offer competitive pricing, faster response times and, as always, excellent customer service. “We are a well-established, family owned, hometown business,” he added.
“We are excited about our new facility,” said Wentzel. He explains that the 25,000 ft., two-story building boasts offices on the second floor to accommodate office employees and the large building provides workable space for the entire team, which now is greater than 50 employees. “It also features a large training and conference room to host training and certifications for our team,“ he said.
But the real attraction is its new, ground-floor showroom.
“We wanted a space where our customers could experience all of our air conditioning, insulation and electrical products, and learn about our services in a comfortable and welcoming environment,” said Wentzel.
