Wentzel’s Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical & Insulation is a local, family owned and operated Florida business. The Wentzel family moved to the Sarasota area in “1959” and started an Air Conditioning business. Ted Wentzel, Sr. is still in business today.
Young “Teddy” Ted Wentzel, Jr. apprenticed with his father starting at the age of 15, and for the next ten years he learned first-hand from his dad all about the heating and air conditioning business, inside and out.

Wentzel’s Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical operates a Commercial and Residential Insulation Division and is the parent company for Wentzel’s Electrical Services in Sarasota, Florida. Wentzel’s, proudly services Condominium Associations & Community Associations as well as Residential & Commercial properties.
Teddy is proud to have several family members working alongside him to include his wife, Cindy Wentzel (Vice President) – Son, Shane Wentzel (Treasurer) – and daughter, Amber Spencer, carrying on the family tradition of honest, dependable and prompt service.
